Location: FAC Classroom 2
Combines resistance, interval, power, plyometrics, endurance, core and a very important diet program. Designed to help everyone meet their ultimate fitness goals in a super fun group exercise environment.

Xtreme Hip-Hop step is a revamped version of traditional step aerobics. Stepping while grooving to the hip-hop music. It’s a full-body workout targeting your legs, upper body, arms and core. Step aerobics is a fun cardio workout for all fitness levels.
