CLUBHOUSE/POOL RENTALS

The HOA handles all clubhouse rentals. Please contact amanda.west@gmail.com for Bradford, Lakeside, and Central clubhouses/pools. For Inwood pool, please contact Kelley Wheeler at kelleyw@Cerest-Management.com. For the Fairfield Athletic Club pool, please contact Amanda Paniagua at facfrontdesk.supervisor@gmail.com.

Membership Requirements

Only Fairfield residents with a valid Fairfield address are allowed to have access to the neighborhood. This includes only the homeowner/spouse and any children LIVING in the home. We do not sale memberships to our club. Everyone must fill at membership paperwork at the Front Desk and provide valid proof of residency. Each person must have their own electronic fob in order to access the FAC facility/amenities.
