Before and After School Program

To ensure registration, please print and complete the following forms. Please also include the registration fee and return to the FAC Front Desk.

Enrollment fee is $100.00 for families with one child; $160.00 for families with 2 or more children. This fee is due at the time we receive your registration paperwork.
